How to Withdraw PF Pension Amount?
To withdraw money from a Provident Fund (PF) Pension Account, you need to follow these steps:
Visit the official website of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO): You can access the website at https://www.epfindia.gov.in/. Log in using your Universal Account Number (UAN) and password.
Go to the 'Online Services' section: From the main menu, click on the 'Online Services' option and select 'Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)'.
Verify your details: Verify your personal and bank details in the claim form. Make sure that they are up-to-date and accurate. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and submit your claim.
Wait for the claim to be processed: After submitting your claim, wait for it to be processed. The processing time may vary, but typically takes a few days to a few weeks.
Receive the amount in your bank account: Once your claim is approved, the amount will be credited to the bank account that you have provided in the claim form.
Note that there may be tax implications for withdrawing from a PF Pension Account, depending on the amount and the duration of the account. It is advisable to consult a financial expert or a tax consultant before withdrawing from your PF Pension Account.
